Please note that we do not expect you to have any previous experience to suit a particular role; in fact, we promise a steep learning curve in leadership, business development and project management. Skills required for a specific position can be taught, but personality match and commitment are required from the very beginning.

Apprenticeship on Business Development
The role
- Researching the local ecosystem to find new clients and identify the decision makers
- Creating new opportunities by approaching clients through ‘Cold calling’ and at networking events
- Selling partnerships, sponsorships and services to new and existing customers
- Negotiating with clients and building positive long-term relationships
- Writing reports and making presentations to customers and senior management
- Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns with the marketing department
- Keeping up to date about the sector and the economical, innovation and political landscape
- Support the event teams with organising Innovation Momentum local branch’s events
The Candidate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to get on with people naturally at all levels and influence them

Apprenticeship on Marketing
The role
- Keeping up to date about the sector and the economical, innovation and political landscape
- Advertising Innovation Momentum’s events to a wide audience
- Managing social media content relating to Innovation Momentum
- Coordinating with the BD team and event’s coordinator for producing promotional materials
- Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns with the BD department
- Support the event teams with organising Innovation Momentum local branch’s events

Apprenticeship on Events Coordination
The role
- Keeping up to date about the sector and the economical, innovation and political landscape
- Researching the local ecosystem and the internet to identify trending topics for events
- Develop organisation strategies for the events
- Basic health and safety knowledge
- Prepare programs and documents for the events
- Source venue and speakers
- Coordinate with suppliers (e.g. catering, venues and other logistics)
- Communicate with marketing team to discuss social media and promotional content

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and IT skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and keep to deadlines
- Required to travel and attend our and other organisation’s events
- Attention to detail and a feel for creativity

Apprenticeship on Content Creation
The role
- Researching the local ecosystem and the internet for trending and future trending topics
- Creating new content online and also working towards a guide or report for our (potential) partners
- Communicate with marketing team to discuss social media and promotional content
- Attending internal and external events and conferences to report or summarise the activity
- Keeping up to date about the sector and the economical, innovation and political landscape
- Support the event teams with organising Innovation Momentum local branch’s events
The Candidate
- Required to travel and attend our and other organisation’s events
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and keep to deadlines
- Strong research and analysis skills

Apprenticeship on Social Media Management
The role
- Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Plann and Buffer
- Attend educational conferences
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with other Innovation Momentum’s teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Provide constructive feedback
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
